I founded Alpine Active because I firmly believe that there is some sort of activity out there for everyone. I'm on a mission to make the world a healthier, happier place and would love you to join me.
I work hard to deliver sessions and programmes that are fun, varied, empowering and easy to stick to.

At the start of our sessions I could barely lift my body off the ground to do a burpee, by week 4 I was able to keep going for 1 minute. Lu puts a lot of thought and preparation into planning each session and is always happy to be flexible.
At first, I was a little unsure about training with Lu. The first session I laughed a lot but also realised I was not as fit as I thought I was, Lu was great and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all! I have become physically stronger and am amazed by how much mentally stronger I feel too. The exercises are varied and I love the fact that we are outdoors.
I was already quite fit and active but the additional strength and conditioning programme that Lu developed has really complemented my existing training schedule.
After a couple of months under Lu’s guidance, I’m running stronger, climbing harder and feel fitter than I have for a long time. If you are a runner, climber or cyclist and want to improve your performance, I would highly recommend Lu at Alpine Active!
