I am a personal trainer, specialised in pre and post natal fitness, living in the French Alps. I am also mum to Aida, 3 and Seren, 8 months.
Fitness hasn’t always been such a big part of my life, I signed up for my first marathon, over 15 years ago, with no previous running experience after one glass of wine too many! Still a student at the time, running proved the perfect antidote to studying for finals and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Since then, I have completed countless road and trail races and cycled the étape de tour 5 times (although every time, I swear it’s my last!) I love hiking, skiing and mountain biking and will never say no to a new challenge.
Being active has had such a huge impact on my life - it’s amazing seeing what the human body is capable of and the places it can take you. A little bit of hard work and dedication can make the world of difference; building confidence, boosting energy and helping you to tackle new challenges.
Pregnancy, birth and the ongoing recovery process have taught me even more about my body and I feel stronger today than I ever have.
I am so passionate about what I do and love supporting people on their health and fitness journey. I believe strongly in the power of movement for both our bodies and our minds and the importance of keeping fit for life.
