I am a personal trainer, specialised in pre and post natal fitness, living in the French Alps. I am also mum to a very energetic toddler, Aida.
Fitness hasn’t always been such a big part of my life, I signed up for my first marathon, over 10 years ago, with no previous running experience after one glass of wine too many! Still a student at the time, running proved the perfect antidote to studying for finals and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Since then, I have completed countless road and trail races and ridden the etape de tour 5 times (although every time, I swear it’s my last!) I love hiking, skiing and mountain biking and will never say no to a new challenge.
Being active has had such a huge impact on my life - it’s amazing seeing what the human body is capable of and the places it can take you. A little bit of hard work and dedication can make the world of difference; building confidence, boosting energy and helping you to tackle new challenges.
Pregnancy and birth has taught me even more about my body and I feel stronger today than I ever have. I am so passionate about sharing my knowledge with mums and mums to be and helping them to navigate what can be an incredibly overwhelming time.
I firmly believe that there is some sort of activity out there for everyone and through Alpine Active I’m on a mission to make the world a healthier, happier place and want you to join me!
